Refund Policy for Translatemycv
At Translatemycv, we understand that customer satisfaction is the key to success. That’s why we are committed to providing you with high-quality resume and CV translation services. However, we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we have a clear and concise Refund policy in place.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our translation services and want you to be satisfied with the final product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the translation, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that within 30 days of receiving your translated resume or CV, you can request a revision or refund. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product.
How to Request a Refund or Revision
To request a refund or revision, please contact our customer support team by email or phone. We’ll ask you to provide the order number and a detailed explanation of why you are not satisfied with the translation. We’ll then work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product.
The turnaround time starts once the project is assigned to the translator as there can be delays during the initial processing of the order. For example, if you don’t upload a legible source file, select the wrong language pair or choose the wrong number of words/pages you can expect a delay before the estimated turnaround time begins as we’ll have to resolve the underlying issue before assigning the project to a translator. If the wrong number of words/pages are selected at checkout, you can also expect the turnaround estimate to change once the count is corrected.
Refunds
If you choose to request a refund, we’ll process your request within 5-7 business days of receiving it. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Cancellation
In the event of your cancellation request, we advise you to notify us at the earliest. We shall issue you a 100% refund provided that we have not yet engaged a translator.
However, once we have commissioned a translator for your project, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Please note that in most cases, we assign projects immediately upon receipt of an order
Revisions
If you choose to request a revision, we’ll work with you to ensure that any issues are resolved and the final product meets your expectations. We’ll provide you with a revised version of your translated resume or CV within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.
Revisions
Please note that there are some exceptions to our Refund policy. We cannot offer refunds or revisions in the following situations:
- If the translation was completed more than 30 days ago.
- If the original document provided contained errors or inaccuracies.
- If the final product is accurate and meets industry standards but you simply don’t like the style or tone.
In these situations, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.
